Return Policy

At Anastacia Fit Army, we strive to keep you completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

The return adress will only be provided after your return request has been approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Important note: Do not return packages without approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. (including receipt or proof of purchase)

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded but exchanges for a different size may be possible (subject to availability).
