E-books, training programs and other digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely. Accepted payment methods: iDeal, Credit Card, Visa, Pay Pall.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Processing Time & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you place an order during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. If a product is out of stock, it will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, the delivery time may extend up to approximately 10 business days. 6. Return & Refunds

Digital products (such as e-books, programs, or downloads) cannot be returned or refunded due to their direct and instant access nature. All sales of digital content are final.

Clothing items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that result from the use of our products, training programs, or services.
