As a Hybrid Athlete, Iv'e learned that excelling in multiple sports is possible with the right balance of discipline, discomfort and enjoyment.

As your Health & Performance Coach with a background in NASM CPT ( National Academy of Sport Medicine), Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Biology), Psychology and Sportmanagement, I will help you elevate your lifestyle and live at your peak, while ofcourse still enjoying life!

The energy, motivation and focus on progress makes every session extremely challenging though. I feel stronger and more confident every week and I like how everyone has such a good sense of humor ;) lots of fun during sessions!
